We offer community-based residential support, behavioral and developmental care, and life skills training for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Each program is personalized to meet unique needs and promote independent living.

Our services are designed for individuals with developmental and/or behavioral challenges, including those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and related conditions. Eligibility may vary by program and funding source.

Community-based residential homes are supportive living environments where individuals receive round-the-clock care, life skills training, and behavioral support in a home-like setting. These homes are designed to promote safety, dignity, and independence.

Care plans are developed collaboratively by our team, the individual, their family, and any medical or behavioral professionals involved. Each plan outlines goals, routines, safety strategies, and supports tailored to the individual’s strengths and needs.

Absolutely. We believe family involvement is essential. Families are encouraged to participate in assessments, goal-setting, and ongoing care discussions to ensure the best outcomes.
